Pre-Tank Filtration includes any rainwater strainers and filters from your rooftop, on your gutters, along your piping and into your tank inlet. These typically include downpipe/downspout diverters, first flush water diverters and tank straners or more sophisticated rainwater filter systems like the Maelstrom.
