Tank Shop accepts payment by Direct Bank Transfer, including PayID, and major credit and debit cards.

Customers who choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer or PayID receive a 2% Direct Bank Transfer Discount.

The saving amount is shown during checkout. After placing your order, please transfer the Amount to Pay shown on your order confirmation using either of the following methods.

Where your bank allows a payment description or reference, please enter your Order Number so we can identify your payment.

Credit & Debit Card

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, securely through Stripe.

Your payment is securely authorised via Stripe when your order is placed. We will only capture your payment once your order has been reviewed and confirmed.

Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are not stored in Tank Shop’s systems.

Your payment information is provided directly to Stripe. Tank Shop does not receive or store your full card number in its systems.

Does Tank Shop store my credit or debit card details?

No. Your full credit or debit card details are not stored in Tank Shop’s systems.

Card information is securely handled by Stripe for the purpose of authorising and processing your payment.

Why is my card payment initially “authorised” rather than immediately finalised?

When you place an order by card, Stripe securely authorises the payment first.

This allows Tank Shop to review and confirm your order before the payment is finalised. Once your order has been reviewed and confirmed, the authorised payment is captured.

When will my bank transfer or PayID payment be matched to my order?

Please use your Order Number as the payment reference wherever possible. This helps us identify and match your payment to your order.

Once the payment has been received and matched, we can continue processing your order.
