- 2x 500mm Inlet Strainers (left & right side) so you can direct water to one side or both.
- 1x 90mm High-Flow Overflow with Mozzie Stoppa, easy to clean overflow screen keeps out mosquitos, frogs and other pests
- 4x 25mm Brass Water Outlets, pre-moulded into the tank – two on the left and two on the right, simply drill out the outlets required
- 1x 25mm Ball Valve, screws into one of your lower outlets
- 1x Lockable Tap Fitting, screws into one of our knee-high outlets, for filling buckets or easy connection to a hose

Tank delivery – QLD & Northern NSW
Delivery is available throughout South-East Queensland (all the way up to Hervey Bay, out to Kingaroy, Toowoomba, Warwick & Stanthorpe) and North-East NSW (including Amosfield, Yabbra, Dyraaba, Avoln Lea & Ballina).
If your property is slightly outside this area (up to approx. 30 minutes), please contact us as we may be able to deliver for an added cost.
Delivery Assistance Required
Additional assistance is required to unload and position your tank. Tanks are delivered on a custom delivery vehicle by a single delivery driver, so you will need to arrange additional assistance on delivery day to unload and position your tank.
Drivers are highly experienced and trained to work with you to place your tank/s on your prepared tank bases, however obstructions, lack of assistance or site may hinder your delivery.
NOTE: If the driver deems the location too difficult, or if additional assistance is not available, the driver will identify a safe and secure location to unload the tank/s on your property.
For this 5000L Slimline Tank, at least one other able-bodied person is required to assist.
Poly Tank Installation Guide
A flat, strong, stable base foundation is essential for supporting your rainwater tank. Keep in mind that 1000L of water weighs 1000kg (1 tonne), so it is very important your tank base be able to support a full tank without sinking, tilting, cracking or eroding away over time.
For a slimline poly tank, your base may be made out for concrete or crusher dust and be at least 100mm wider and longer than the tank. Refer to the Poly Tank Base and Installation guide (PDF) for detailed information about how to prepare a suitable base for your new tank.

QTank Poly Tanks are designed and manufactured in Brisbane, Queensland from Australian, food-grade, UV-stabilised polyethylene that is 100% safe for drinking water (certified to AS4020 and AS2070).
Each tank is also WaterMark certified confirming they comply with the Plumbing Code of Australia, are fit for purpose and meet relevant Australian Standards relating to product quality, including health and safety.
Each QTank tank is thoroughly tested and comes with an individual Quality Test Report guaranteeing AS/NZS 4766 compliance.

I ordered a $20 item plus transport from Tank Shop.
It arrived in Melbourne 2 days later and sat in the transport company’s warehouse for 2 weeks, waiting for delivery 15km away! Malessa at Tank Shop rang and emailed them each day of the second week, along with my emails to them to speed up delivery. Tank Shop offered a replacement item, sent by another transport company the day before the item arrived. Really?
