This page contains all relevant documents for your tank, including base preparation, installation guidance and warranty information.

We recommend reviewing these documents before delivery and sharing this page with your installer to ensure everything is prepared correctly.

⭐ Before Delivery (Important)

These documents outline the requirements for your tank base, delivery and general setup. We recommend reviewing these prior to delivery to ensure your site is prepared and to avoid delays or additional delivery charges.

Tank Base

• Kingspan Tank Pad Preparation (Urban Steel Tanks) (PDF)
  – Outlines the required base dimensions, materials and level tolerances. Kingspan Tanks must be installed on a compliant base to ensure structural integrity and warranty validity. The base must be completed prior to delivery.

Delivery Requirements

• Kingspan Tank Delivery Information & Checklist (PDF)
  – Covers site access, delivery vehicle requirements and what to expect on the day of delivery. Includes a checklist to help ensure your site is ready.

• Kingspan Urban Steel Tank Delivery Guidelines (PDF)
  – Provides additional detailed requirements for safe delivery and positioning of your tank, including access, clearance and site conditions.

These requirements must be met to allow safe delivery and may impact delivery timing or additional charges if not met.

Tank Documentation

• Kingspan Owners Manual for Above Ground Water Tanks (PDF)
  – General installation, care and maintenance instructions for your tank, including important usage guidelines.

• Kingspan Aquaplate Steel Water Tanks Product Warranty Certificate (PDF)
  – Details warranty coverage, conditions and installation requirements that must be followed to maintain validity. Installation must comply with manufacturer guidelines to ensure warranty coverage.

Evolution MKIV Pump System (In-Tank Pump)

If your tank includes an Evolution MKIV Pump System:

• Evolution MKIV Tech Data Sheet (PDF)
  – System specifications and performance details for the Evolution MKIV pump system.

• Clay Tech CX Submersible Pump Manual (PDF)
  – Installation and operating instructions for the submersible pump unit.
  (Note: If ordered with your tank, Kingspan will install the pump for you upon successful delivery.)

• Evolution MKIV & High-Flow Rough-In Guide (PDF)
  – Measurements for required pipework layout and connection details.

High-Flow Filter Systems

If your tank includes a High-Flow Filter System:

• Kingspan High-Flow Filter Technical Data Sheet (PDF) 
  – Technical specifications and installation details for High-Flow filter systems.

• Evolution MKIV & High-Flow Rough-In Guide (PDF)
  – Plumbing rough-in requirements for correct integration with your tank system.

On-site Detention (OSD) Tanks

If your tank is used for stormwater detention:

  – Overview of OSD tank design and application.

• 150mm Stormwater Detention Kit Setout Guide (PDF)
  – Setup and layout guide for detention systems using 150mm pipework.

Pump Cover Kit (pre-Installed)

If your tank was ordered with a separate submersible pump, a Submersible Pump Cover Kit will already be installed. This is used to safely route pump cables and pipework through the tank inlet. This guide explains how to correctly use the cover kit, particularly the rubber grommets for sealing.
